Meet our founder

Estella Bowers is the founder of E2 Consulting and a seasoned senior living professional with over 17 years of hands-on experience in both clinical and operational leadership. She began her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant in an assisted living community and quickly advanced to become a Licensed Practical Nurse, later serving in roles such as Director of Nursing and Executive Director.

Her passion for elevating resident care and team performance propelled her into regional and executive leadership positions, including Operations Specialist, Senior Regional Vice President, Managing Director of Operations and Clinical Services, and most recently, Vice President of Transition Operations. In these roles, Estella led cross-functional teams responsible for operations, sales and marketing, clinical services, and regulatory compliance across multiple states in the Southeast and Southwest.

Estella brings a proven track record of guiding communities through successful transitions, acquisitions, and periods of organizational change. Her leadership style is collaborative, transparent, and deeply mission-driven. She is known for building high-performing teams, fostering strong partnerships, and delivering measurable results.

Through E2 Consulting, Estella leverages her deep industry knowledge to support senior living organizations with strategic guidance, transition support, wellness program development, operational assessments, and leadership mentorship. Her ultimate goal is to help communities thrive—operationally, clinically, and culturally—while always keeping residents and families at the heart of every decision.
